Onboard an organization

Company name

Changing the name sends the company back to compliance review. The new name is screened, and compliance must sign off on it again. Until the company is re-approved it isn't shown as verified, its products leave the marketplace, and you can't start new orders, quotes or requests. Existing orders, messages and your portal keep working.

Business details

Your organization's registered address and a named point of contact — required before you can submit for review, and editable any time after.

Organization address

Where the company operates from. It can be in a different country from where it's registered.

Point of contact

Point of contact address

Countries served

Destination markets you can deliver to — used by the matching engine alongside your products.

Public profile

What importers, exporters, and other providers see when they look you up in the provider directory (providers.html).

Countries served (above) also shows on your public listing, along with capabilities and currencies set under Provider profile in Settings.

Banking details

Where another party on the same transaction should send funds meant for you. Only visible to organizations actually assigned to a shared transaction with you, never on your public listing.
